To open an account at cvk44, you must meet the following requirements:

- Each person may open only one account.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure
cvk44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

- Fraudulent activity or operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or attempting to manipulate the system
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
3 Financial Transactions & Payments
3.1 Deposits
To deposit funds for gaming on the Platform, you may use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however the Company may at its discretion request additional verification for large transactions.
Deposited funds must come from legitimate personal sources only. Transferring funds from third-party accounts is prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements for the bonus have not been met. Details on bonus terms are provided in the section below.
3.3 Transaction Cancellation & Rejection
cvk44 reserves the right to cancel or reject any transaction in the following circumstances:
- If there is suspicion of fraud
- If there is a concern of money laundering
- If account verification has not been completed
- If transaction information is incomplete or incorrect
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳16,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000.
The bonus applies to the first deposit only. Claiming this bonus more than once is not possible.
4.2 Wagering Terms
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition
The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account cancellation:
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificially placed bets
- Placing opposing bets (arbitrage betting)
- Claiming bonuses using third-party funds
5 VIP Rewards Program
5.1 Tiers & Benefits
cvk44's VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Cashback is calculated each week based on net wagers.
5.2 Right to Modify the Program
cvk44 reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, or structure of the VIP program at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Permitted Use
Users may use the Platform at cvk44 for the following purposes:
- Participating in entertainment gaming
- Sports betting
- Withdrawing legitimate winnings
- Participating in promotional offers and bonuses
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated bots or software
